• 2 big tortilla wraps
  • 200g of sliced smoked salmon
  • 300g of cream cheese
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1 fresh pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Salt


  1. Peel the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into strips having thickness of about 0.5 cm.
  2. Cut the top and bottom of the pepper, hollow the seeds, cut it into strips as well.
  3. Place the cheese cream into a bowl, season with pepper and salt, then mix precisely.
  4. Spread the tortillas flat and brush them with before prepared cheese with spices.
  5. Put salmon, cucumber and pepper along the center of such prepared base.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and squeeze the additives so that they stay in the middle of the tortilla, then roll it.
  7. Such prepared roulade cut into equal slices of about 2 cm.
  8. Before serving the appetizer, place the roll on the dish and then turn the pieces about 45 degrees to each other for better presentation.
