QUESADILLAS

INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PEOPLE)

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 single chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon of red paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Optional 60 g chorizo sausages, cut into shredded slices
  • 6 pieces of dried tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of oil from a jar
  • 1/4 of the iceberg lettuce about 1/2 cup of grated cheese
  • about 1/2 cup of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken breast into a small dice, put in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, ground pepper and oregano.
  2. Pour 2 tablespoons of dried tomato oil and mix.
  3. Place the chorizo ​​slices in the pan and fry until crunchy and lightly browned. Remove from the pan.
  4. Place the chicken in a frying pan and fry it on either side with a low heat, then crush it a little with a fork in the pan and fry until it is not raw in the middle.
  5. Place the tortillas in the tortillas (chorizo, chicken, dried tomatoes, lettuce, chives and cheese) and fold in half or spread the filling on one cake and cover the other.
  6. Heat: in the oven / welded / in the pan.
  7. In the oven we can use the grill function or heat up and down in 180 degrees.
  8. Heat up the oven with the plate set at the top of the oven. We put quesadilla on the hot plate. We cook for about 3 – 4 minutes until melted cheese. We cut to pieces and serve with additives.
