Spinach wraps with turkey


  • 2 spinach tortilla wraps
  • 1 tomato
  • 15g of canned corn
  • 50g of smoked turkey
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 30g of tomato pesto
  • a handful of basil leaves


  1. Chop the tomato and chilli pepper into thin slices.
  2. Prepare the smoked turkey and divide it into small pieces.
  3. Spread the spinach tortillas with a thin layer of tomato pesto.
  4. To such prepared base add ingredients at your own discretion: tomato slices, corn, turkey, chilli pepper, fresh basil leaves.
  5. Bend each of the tortillas in ¾ of it height, then roll it, thank to such operation the wraps’content for sure will not “escape” down during eating.
