Breakfast WRAP


  • 1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
  • 3 slices of processed cheese
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 1 salad leave
  • 1 tomato
  • 15g of canned corn
  • pinch of salt


  1. Peel the tomato and cut it into small cubes: pour into a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of canned corn.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
  4. Place a large lettuce leaf, 3 slices of processed cheese and ham on the tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle the whole with previously prepared vegetables.
  6. Wrap the tortilla and heat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds so the cheese will dissolve gently.
  7. Cut the wrap into 3 pieces equally. Your perfect snack for lunchtime is ready!
